Exchange and Shipping Policy

At Irtida Royal Atelier, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please read our exchange and shipping policies carefully before placing an order.

General overview:
All of our pieces are crafted with care, and each order goes through a strict quality control process before dispatch. As a luxury fashion brand offering limited-edition designs, we do not offer general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed — except in cases of verified defects or errors on our part.

Defective products:
While rare, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will be happy to assist. To qualify for a resolution, the product must meet the following conditions:

• It must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• The issue must be reported within the designated time window (see below)
• It must be a verified defect

Verified Defect:
A Verified Defect refers to a genuine fault in the product that affects its intended use, appearance, or quality, and is confirmed through our internal quality inspection process after review of customer-submitted evidence (e.g., photos, videos, or physical return).

Examples of verified defects may include:

• Irreparable fabric damage (e.g., large tears or holes)
• Major printing errors or misalignment not intended in the design
• Broken stitching or open seams
• Faulty zippers, buttons, or closures
• Wrong item or size sent (not matching the confirmed order)

Issues that do not qualify as verified defects include:

• Slight colour variation due to lighting or screen settings
• Minor differences in print placement
• Loose threads or removable fabric lint
• Damage caused by improper handling or care (e.g., machine washing a dry-clean-only item)

All claims must be submitted within the stipulated time frame (usually 48 hours) and will be reviewed carefully before a decision is made.

Notice of defect:
Customers must notify us of any defect within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please email us at info@irtida.com with the following:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the defect
• Unboxing video (optional, but helpful in processing claims)

Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for exchange or review, and will be assessed at the discretion of the brand.

Return Process:
If your claim is approved after initial review:

• We will provide the return address in Pakistan.
• The item must be shipped back within 5 business days of confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault lies with Irtida Royal Atelier.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not liable for lost or delayed returns.

Thorough Investigation:
Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection to validate the claim. This process may take 3–5 business days after the item arrives at our facility.

Please note:

• Natural variations in print placement, minor fabric inconsistencies, or slight colour differences due to lighting or screen resolution do not qualify as defects.
• Improper care (e.g., machine washing a dry-clean-only item) also voids eligibility.

Refund or Replacement:
If the claim is approved following inspection, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

• A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
• A store credit valid for future purchases
• A full or partial refund if neither option is feasible

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Brand discretion:
Irtida Royal Atelier reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange and return requests. We may decline a claim if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above or if the return process is not followed.

Our goal is to maintain fairness and transparency while preserving the exclusivity and quality of our garments.
