To initiate a return for a defective item, kindly email our team with your order details and clear photos highlighting the issue. Once approved, you will be guided through the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated address in Pakistan.
Please note that exchanges or refunds are only offered in cases of verified defects. We do not accommodate size changes, colour preferences, or general return requests unless there is a clear fault in the product. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
